Walt Keiper '85


For Walt Keiper, Lambda Chi Alpha has become much more than a part of his past. Since he graduated in 1985, he’s kept close ties with the chapter.

In fact, his first gig after graduation was working as a chapter consultant for Lambda Chi Alpha.

“After that, I went to work for Lehigh for five years as the Associate Director of Residential Services, basically handling Greek housing and residence hall housing while I got my MBA,” Walt said.

That same principle applies to most anything of significance throughout life from growing a company to leading a not-for-profit."
